Terms of Service

By accessing and using Cloudviser's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cloudviser provides cloud cost management and optimization services, including but not limited to cost analysis, forecasting, recommendations, and reporting across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Your use of Cloudviser's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We require read-only access to your cloud accounts to provide our services and will never store your cloud credentials.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Cloudviser is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Cloudviser after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
